On February 17 ENVI (Environment Committee) as lead & PETI co-host the first EP Public Hearing on an ECI: Right2Water!
The issue at the heart of the meeting is the debate promoted by the trans-European association "Right2Water", framing the subject of water, and access to it, as a public good and not as a commodity.
This particular meeting witnesses the welcome participation of IMCO (internal Market) & DEVE (development) who also cover different aspects of the proposals contained in the ECI..
